Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual enrollment, however members can submit notice with a minimum of 7 days notice of their renewal date, to alert us that they would like to cancel their membership. Send notice to doug@level10.biz.
Terms of Service:
Membership is based on a monthly or annual enrollment with automated renewal until such a time that the member notifies us that he or she no longer wishes to renew. Please allow 7 days notice prior to the renewal date.
