Annual Membership:
$295 (set up fee is waived with annual enrollment)
Monthly Membership:
One time set up fee of $75, plus $29/month
Corporate Membership:
(includes up to 3 people from the same company)
$595 (set up fee is waived with corporate membership)
Sponsor Enrollment:
(includes everything listed on the "Sponsors" page of this website)
$1,000 (set up fee is waived with sponsor enrollment)
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual enrollment, however you can submit notice with a minimum of 7 days notice of your renewal date, to alert us that you would not like to renew your membership for the next term. Send notice to doug@level10.biz.
