(*) A qualified guest is someone who is a prospect for Level 10 membership. Your sister that is a school teacher does not count. Neither does your neighbor who works for the Federal Gov't. Anyone working for a suitable organization counts.
(**) The restaurant cash can be used in increments of $25/month for 4 months. There is a one time $9.95 activation fee. Once activated, the first $25 credit is available immediately.
